In order to gain access to teacher planning tickets, the confirmation form and payment must have been successfully received for your trip.
These tickets MUST be arranged in advance as our Ticket Sales and Collections windows cannot process these on the day of your visit. The easiest way to access these tickets would be to contact the Schools team directly, either via email using our dedicated email address; education@alton-towers.com
*Please note: At least one valid and matching school ID and lanyard must be presented to the admissions team alongside your Teacher Planning ticket to gain entry to the theme park. These tickets must be used by a Teacher from the school on the booking.
