If your booking is for collection (this will be stated on your email confirmation) The please be aware of the below.
If the person named on the booking supplies valid ID such as a passport or driver's license then there will be no problem when collecting your tickets.
If the card holder is not attending on the day, they will need to provide a signed letter of authorisation to the named person collecting the tickets, including the following details:
"I *name of card holder* authorise *name of person collecting tickets* to collect the tickets from order number *booking reference* paid for by my card *last for digits of credit card used*.
The named person collecting the tickets will also need to bring valid photo ID along with the signed letter. In the event the collecting guest does not have photo ID, we can accept a bank card with their name on or a PASS card for young guests.
Please be aware if you are collecting a Merlin Annual Pass the card holder and card used for payment will always be required to collect the pass/es as they will not be issued without them.
