Unfortunately we are not able to change the name on a booking. If you have E-Tickets/pre-booked tickets you do not need to worry about this, you can just scan the tickets through the turnstiles.
If the person named on the booking (the card holder) is not attending then they will need to write a signed letter of authorisation to the named person collecting the tickets, including the below details:
“I *name of card holder* authorise *name of person collecting tickets* to collect the tickets from order number *booking reference* paid for by my card *last 4 digits of credit card used*.
The named person collecting the tickets will also need to bring valid photo ID along with the signed letter.
Please be aware if you are collecting a Merlin Annual Pass the card holder and card used for payment will always be required to collect the pass/es as they will not be issued without them.
