We are asking our guests to pre-register your documentation at least 14 days before you plan to visit the Resort. This is to keep our staff and our guests safe, and to make our processes quicker for you.
To register in advance of your visit, please visit here If you have not pre-registered your documentation prior to your visit, we will be unable to process your pass on the day.
There are certain conditions which we recognise for automatic eligibility for the Ride Access system, which comprises of a photo identification card, either a Red or Yellow wristband and a Ride Access Pass.
You’ll need to attach supporting documentation to your application:
- A current and valid Access Card including the queuing logo on it. These cards are available here (www.accesscard.org.uk)
- Disability Living Allowance (dated within the last 24 months) showing that you receive either the higher rate mobility component or the high rate care component.
- PIP letter (dated within the last 24 months) showing you receive the enhanced rate for either daily living or mobility components.
- A current and valid Blue Badge
Any of the documentation listed above must be presented alongside valid photographic ID for the named recipient.
