Once you have been successful with your Ride Access Pass application you will receive an email from the Nimbus Accessibility team, which will have a link that you will need to follow to complete the application.
After this is done you will get an email with a 9 digit confirmation number, this will begin with a 5. You will need to bring this to Guest Services where they will print you a Merlin Ride Access ID Card.
You will also receive automatic emails from LEGOLAND and Chessington World of Adventures. Please note, you will not receive an email directly from Alton Towers.
You will need to pre-book your Ride Access Pass for your visit, to do this and for more information - please visit here and head to step 4. After pre-booking you will receive another confirmation email.
Please bring the confirmation numbers for your Ride Access Pass and your Ride Access Pass pre-booking to Guest Services on the day of your visit, the team will issue you with a Merlin Ride Access ID Card and a Time Card.
