On Thursday 19th March, in line with the Government’s response to the COVID-19 coronavirus outbreak, we took the decision to postpone the opening of Alton Towers Resort. This decision was taken to protect the health and wellbeing of you, your teams, and our guests.
If you have a school booking for Alton Towers Resort between 21st March and 3rd July 2020, please contact our Schools Team to rebook for another date during the 2020 or 2021 season.
For any school that has paid for their visit between 21st March and 3rd July and wishes to cancel, a refund is available. If you're booking is unpaid and you wish to cancel, please complete the contact us form here providing your MCC reference number.
