Yes, all tickets must be pre-booked in advance, including Carer’s tickets. Please add these tickets to your basket when booking online. Please note, documentation will be required for the guest who requires support (DLA/PIP, Badge, Doctor's Letter, Access card etc) for the Carer ticket to be issued.
Alternatively, you can collect your carer ticket on the day, please be assured we have a reserved allocation for under 3 and carers tickets. Head straight to the turnstiles on the day of your visit and the team will assist!
