Pets or animals of any nature are expressly prohibited into the Alton Towers Resort (except for assistance dogs) and, for the avoidance of doubt, should not be left in any vehicle parked at the Resort.
Merlin Entertainments reserve the right to contact any relevant authority to make and be responsible for any decision in relation to any animals that are left unsupervised or that are found to be in distress.
Assistance dogs are welcome in the Alton Towers Theme Park and in our Resort hotels, but they will not be able to accompany guests onto any of our rides and attractions. They will be allowed as far as the loading point where they must be left with a member of your party. Assistance dogs must never be left unattended anywhere on the Resort.
