If you already have a RAP booking, don’t worry! You just need to import your existing booking into the app:
- Open the app and follow the prompts during setup, or go to “My Account” and select “Import My Reservation.”
- Once imported, your booking will be linked to the app. You will no longer need to collect a physical RAP card at Guest Services — simply check in digitally on arrival and start using the app immediately.
