Each device allows one RAP pre-booking, which can include up to 3 guests. Everyone in the party must have their own pre-book, so a family of 4 must have 4 pre-books in total. This ensures all RAP users in the party can make use of the RAP system while optimising our RAP capacity for other guests who rely on the system too. Please note that the system only allows one pre-book per person, so a family cannot have multiple pre-books for the same guest.
If you have more than 1 RAP user account on one device, the restriction of up to 4 guests per pre-book remains the same. However, this includes the number of RAP holders in the pre-booking.
