All-day Standard parking for guests visiting Alton Towers Theme Park is from £13. This can be purchased online in advance via our website.
On the day, car parking is charged at £15. The Alton Towers App is the quickest and easiest way to purchase Standard Parking.
Standard Parking can also be purchased at:
• Ticket Sales and Collections – Located at the Entrance Plaza; cash, card and contactless accepted.
• Self Service ticket machines – Located at the Entrance Plaza, card and contactless accepted.
• The Resort Box Office – Located on Towers Street; cash, card and contactless accepted.
Blue Badge Parking spaces are limited and allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. A current and valid Blue Badge must be presented per vehicle, with the badge holder present in the vehicle. Vehicles without a valid Blue Badge, or where the badge holder is not present, will not be permitted to park in Blue Badge parking.
Motorhomes and Caravans should follow the directions of our parking team, who will park you in a suitable location based on the size of your vehicle. Please note, these cannot be left overnight in the Resort car parks.
Express Parking must be pre-booked online in advance as spaced are limited. Express Parking can’t be purchased on the day. We recommend booking your Express Parking as far in advance as possible, as this can often sell out in advance during busier periods.
Guests staying in our accommodation can park on the accommodation car park free of charge. Please follow road signage to “Accommodation”. You may need to present your accommodation booking confirmation at the exit barriers, so please have this ready to display.
