A limited number of wheelchairs are available for hire from Guest Services on a first come, first served basis. A £20 refundable deposit is required. We also have a limited number of slightly wider wheelchairs for fuller bodied guest as well as children's wheelchairs for hire.
Guests are welcome to bring their own wheelchair to travel around the Theme Park for ease and certainty.
Our Guest Services Hub in Forbidden Valley is unable to hire or refund deposits on wheelchairs. This can only be done at No. 1 Towers Street. The wheelchair can only be used within the Theme Park itself and therefore cannot be taken to the Hotels, Waterpark or Extraordinary Golf.
