Who can use an essential companion ticket?

An essential companion must be at least 14 years of age and capable of assisting the guest who has the disability. The essential companion would be expected to understand the disabled person’s condition and assist them in managing it for the duration of their visit.

Please Note: An essential companion ticket is a replacement of the 'Carer' reservation that we issued previously.
