I’m experiencing problems with my Ride Access Pass app while I’m on Park. Who can help?

If you are having problems with your pre-booked Ride Access Pass session via the Ride Access Pass app while visiting the attraction, please visit Guest Services or the Guest Services Hub where the team will be able to assist.
