If you were unable to visit or have unused tickets left over from your visit, you can use our Account Portal to change the date of your visit within 12 months of the date of purchase. Visits can only be changed to a date within the same year. Within our booking portal, you will be able to see all the dates available. Please note that date changes are subject to a revalidation fee.
