If the payment card holder is not going to be present at the time of collection a letter of authorisation must be provided from the card holder.
A quick example of a letter of authorisation is included below. Where X’s are included these are numbers that are based on the booking and the relevant card details.

I (CARD HOLDER NAME) authorise (COLLECTORS NAME) to collect and use the booking ref(xxxxxxxx)

At the time of collection the original signed letter of authorisation. must be presented along with the booking confirmation number and photo ID of the person collecting the tickets. In the event the collecting guest does not have photo ID, we can accept a bank card with their name on or a PASS card for young guests.
Please be aware if you are collecting a Merlin Annual Pass the card holder and card used for payment will always be required to collect the pass/es as they will not be issued without them.
