If you have selected "Collect at Attraction" the below applies.
If the payment card holder is present:
- Booking ref number
- Your payment card or a form of photographic ID.
If payment card holder is not present:
- Booking ref number
- Letter of authorisation signed by payment card holder, naming person to collecting booking
- Photographic ID for person collecting booking
- In the event the collecting guest does not have photo ID, we can accept a bank card with their name on or a PASS card for young guests.
Please be aware if you are collecting a Merlin Annual Pass the card holder and card used for payment will always be required to collect the pass/es as they will not be issued without them.
