If circumstances change, you may be able change the date of your visit, within 12 months of the purchase date. You can do this via the account portal here.
You'll need your order confirmation number, along with the email address used at the time of purchase. Alternatively, you can directly access your booking in the account portal via the confirmation email you received your tickets on. A 'manage my booking' link should appear above the breakdown of the tickets on the order.
To amend a ticket, start by clicking 'Modify' next to the ticket you need to change. The portal will show the dates available for your ticket type and number of times this ticket can be further modified. Visits can only be changed to a date within the same year. Within our booking portal, you will be able to see all the dates available. Please note that date changes are subject to a revalidation fee.
