We understand that sometimes situations can change, and you may not be able to visit us on the date you originally planned to.
If you are unable to visit you can amend the date of your visit, within 12 months of the purchase dates of the ticket. Please be aware this would need to be for a like-for-like date, for example, you would be unable to move an off-peak ticket to a peak ticket.
