To change the date of your booking, you can contact our team via Live Chat which is the quickest way to get in touch! When this is available it will appear below, please have your order number ready and the new date which you wish to visit.
Alternatively, please contact our Guest Excellence Team with the below information:
- Lead Booking Name
- Email Address
- Order Number
- Old ticket date
- New Ticket date
- Explain the reason for changing the date of your booking
